      Beautiful addition to my collection

      Although the picture wasn’t exactly 16x20 I stapled it to a 16x 20 stretched canvas and just painted a black frame around the edges. The picture itself is beautiful and vibrant. All in all I am happy with it.

      Beautiful Hummingbirds

      I’ve completed many PBN. This has been my favorite so far. I had it stretched out on a wood frame once finished. It came in packaged very nicely. Super fast delivery. I ordered Sunday and got it on Thursday. Canvas came rolled. Paints were so vibrant and had great coverage, very minimal transparency on certain colors. No need for gesso. I had my own brushes so did not need the generic ones that come with the kit. I would say about 80- 100 hours put in. Looking forward to my next one.

      My favorite piece of art.

      I've been doing paint by numbers for 3 years for stress relief. By far this piece was my favorite. It turned out so well I think I'll frame this one.

      Happy with my order

      I ordered the Hummingbirds - Ernst Haeckel. I’m impressed with the outer packaging and the fact the canvas was rolled around a round foam. No wrinkles. The paints are clearly labeled. As for the consistency I haven’t tried them yet. This is a Shipping From The USA kit. I ordered on Saturday and received it on Wednesday. I will definitely order again from My Paint By Numbers.

      Colors aren’t quite right

      Beautiful painting and the sections seem well-drawn and not impossibly tiny, but I don’t think any thought was put into the colors. They just picked colors that were “close enough.” In particular two of the shades of dark blue are so close as to indistinguishable, and the result is that the feathers on the bottom bird’s head just look like one big blue mass, with no feather pattern. Kinda disappointing to put so much work in on tiny little feathers only to have that detail disappear once the paint dries. This is a problem across the painting as a whole, as the background colors in the bottom of the painting are all so close to black that it looks like just a plain black background
