      After completing a very monochromatic winter scene, I needed something with some color. This fit the bill perfectly! I was so excited to work on it and now that it is done, I can't wait to give it away. The dogs look so realistic, the paint colors were spot-on!

      The quality of the canvas and paints were perfect. Easy to follow. I have been doing these over2 years and I have found that there might be a color or an adjustment. This was the same but easy to get around. Some the details were missing so I was able to make it work. Ready for the next dogs and card playing

      This has Gotten me Through the Pandemic

      This is my 13th PBN since COVID darkened our doors. It keeps me busy, and most importantly, away from the refrigerator! By and large the quality of the kits has been excellent, and focusing on getting it right has allowed me to while away many many winter hours (as opposed to sitting in front of the boob tube).

      Occasionally, there are small issues (e.g. my latest picture was printed too darkly), but none that can't be overcome. If there is one "gripe", it occurs when I discover that the picture of the original painting has details that do not exist in the PBN's. This is not doubt due to size differences and the need to control cost (more detail, more colors, more paints). Still, it is such a good diversion that I am contemplating taking art lessons after things ease up. (I am an engineer, so art was not on my curriculum earlier in my life.) I would love to create something original. Thanks PBN!

      Fun to paint; Received so many compliments

      I enjoyed painting this, and it looked fantastic when it was completed. Many folks my age (sixties,) expressed delight at seeing this painting again. I painted it for my 30 year old son, who asked me to specifically paint this one. He is enjoying it, as are all his friends who view it.
